The flow of investment in a country’s arteries and veins of its national economy has always been considered a matter of prime importance in economic growth of a country. The ‘investment word always magnifies the significance of industrial progress and growth. But it would be wrong to think that ‘investment is only required in industry, it is also equally important for other fields, especially, agriculture including horticulture, floricultural, animal husbandry, sericulture, etc. and trade and commerce. Any economic activity that requires capital, requires investment. Owners’ investment is generally designated as capital and investors’ contribution in both share capital and debt capital, is ‘investment.
