AIMIT Library
The AIMIT Library, situated at the Beeri campus of St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology, serves as a major academic resource centre for students pursuing management and information technology studies. Spread across an impressive area of 12,000 square feet, the library is housed in the Academic Block above the computer laboratories, providing a spacious and conducive environment for learning and research.
The lower section of the library is designed as an Open Access area, enabling students to freely access and read books, journals, and other learning materials, while the upper section is dedicated to course-related collections that support the institute’s academic programmes. The library boasts an extensive collection of approximately 33,000 books covering a wide range of disciplines, along with a rich repository of international journals, magazines, and electronic resources that cater to contemporary academic and research needs.
Equipped with Koha Library Management Software and RFID-enabled services, the library ensures efficient automation, seamless circulation processes, enhanced security, and real-time access to resource availability. Through its modern infrastructure and technology-driven services, the AIMIT Library continues to foster an enriching academic environment that supports learning, innovation, and professional development.
